MUSI RAWAS, SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE, INDONESIA – FEBRUARY 28, 2026 Night fishing became fatal for a forty-year-old man in the Musi Rawas district of Indonesia. 40-year-old Anan set out alone on Friday evening to the Bal River, which flows in close proximity to a national park. When he did not return for a long time, his family and neighbors went to look for him.
The search party discovered his body in the early morning in an absolutely terrifying state. The injuries at the scene clearly pointed to a tiger attack – the body was torn to pieces and the head was separated from the trunk.
