Burned corpse found by BR-235 highway

LARANJEIRAS, SERGIPE, BRAZIL – FEBRUARY 26, 2026 In the settlement of Povoado Boti, not far from the BR-235 highway, human remains were found. They were completely burned, which significantly complicated identification for the police to the point that, at first glance, they were not even able to determine the gender. However, it was quite evident that the victim was tied up. No more information is currently available.
