IBADAN, OYO, NIGERIA – MARCH, 2026 Several residents of the Akobo neighborhood saw their neighbor, Muhammad Quadri, trying to stuff a woman’s dead body into the trunk of a car. When he noticed the neighbors gathering and coming outside, he dropped her body on the ground, got into the car, and fled the scene. It was later confirmed that the dead woman was his girlfriend, identified as Precious.
When neighbors entered their home, they found items scattered across the floor, as if a violent argument had taken place. They also discovered a blood-stained hammer. Witnesses told reporters that the couple argued frequently, often due to the man’s jealousy.
