BARRANQUILLA, ATLÁNTICO, COLOMBIA – MARCH 28, 2026 In the San Isidro neighborhood, at the intersection of 48th Street and CRA 29, a motorcyclist collided with a car. He was not wearing a helmet and suffered a severe head injury from the fall. However, he remained conscious until the ambulance arrived. Updates on his medical condition are not available.
This is another case among many where wearing a helmet could have effectively protected health or saved a life. Even though helmet use is not legally required in every country, it should never be neglected. It is far too easy to suffer a fatal head injury on a motorcycle. Stay safe!
