CHINA When the Chinese woman stopped contacting her family and acquaintances, a forced entry into her apartment was carried out. She was found there dead. She was hanging, having hanged herself from a clothesline.
Specialized forensic police team was immediately dispatched to the scene, which carried out standard procedures. These include evidence collection, photographic documentation of the scene and the victim, and, last but not least, an initial examination. The subsequent standard procedure is the transport of the body for a forensic autopsy, which is meant to confirm the exact cause of death and possibly rule out a crime.
The results of the forensic autopsy were never made public. Likewise, neither was the motive for her suicide.
