Locals caught and brutally beat up robber

BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA Man suspected of a series of robberies in the Suba neighborhood of Bogota was trying to escape on a motorcycle when he struck a pedestrian. He tried to flee the scene of the accident, but local residents stopped him and detained him until the police arrived. During that time, they brutally beat him and set his motorcycle on fire.
