INDIA Video shows the gruesome aftermath of an accident involving a vehicle known as a rickshaw or tuk-tuk. Among other injuries, the man suffered a traumatic amputation of part of his lower limb. The video shows that he lost a large amount of blood. It is not known whether he survived.
