Woman flogged by soldiers and villagers

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO Video shows a brutal act of vigilante justice involving villagers and soldiers. They knocked the woman to the ground, and while some of them held her limbs so she could not escape, others poured an unknown liquid from canisters over her. It is unclear whether it was water or gasoline, or whether they later actually set her on fire. Some of them then whipped her buttocks with ropes. It is not yet clear what the woman had done.
