Dude falls out of his apartment and impales himself on railing

DUBLIN, IRELAND For some reason, a man is hanging by one arm from the window of his apartment. But he can’t hold on for long and falls down. He’s unlucky that there’s a metal railing underneath him, which he impales himself on when he falls.
