CHIANG MAI, THAILAND – DECEMBER 5, 2017 The driver forgot to pull the handbrake on the car. It sped off on its own and crushed two Thai tourists from another province. One victim had her brain blown out of her head. The two victims were women identified only as Kanokporn and Duangchan.
