VERTENTES, BRAZIL – DECEMBER 18, 2024 Serious traffic accident on the PE-90 highway resulted in the death of 28-year-old Ângelo Gabriel Nascimento Santos. The collision occurred between a Honda Biz motorcycle and a Toyota Hilux SW4.
Security cameras captured the dramatic moment of the crash, showing that the young man was traveling in the opposite direction. The tragedy was compounded by the fact that Ângelo was not wearing a helmet, which likely contributed to the fatal outcome.
The driver of the Toyota Hilux remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. Ângelo’s body was transported to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) in Caruaru.
Originally from Arcoverde in the Sertão do Moxotó region, Ângelo’s untimely death serves as a stark reminder of the importance of adhering to safety regulations and using protective gear while riding motorcycles.
