MINAS GERAIS, BRAZIL – APRIL 10, 2022 Lucas Rafael Carneiro, 34, was enjoying a street party with his girlfriend and friends. It was supposed to be an evening of fun, but a man showed up and shot him in the head with several shots. Two other people were wounded by a bullet ricochet. The motive for the murder is unknown.
