Syrian soldiers under the command of Bashar Assad triumphantly take pictures with the severed heads of anti-government rebels. On the one hand, the pictures show the inhumanity and cruelty of the Bashar Assad regime, but on the other hand, the beheaded men are mostly ISIS terrorists.
