BEDDENG, ZAMBALES, PHILIPPINES – NOVEMBER 9, 2016 Shela Mei Castillanes dela Cruz (in long pants) and her friend Fea “Fheya” Fortin (in short pants) rode together on a motorcycle at night. Unfortunately, they were overlooked and hit by a van driver, resulting in their deaths. Some sources report that the young women were drunk.
