CAMAÇARI, BAHIA, BRAZIL – FEBRUARY 4, 2025 Tragic traffic accident occurred on the road between the cities of Camaçari and Dias d’Ávila, in which a motorcyclist died. He was identified as 52-year-old André Vinicius Santos de Amorim. He worked as a traffic agent for the Superintendência de Trânsito e Transporte (STT) – the equivalent of a traffic police officer. According to the initial investigation, he lost control of his motorcycle and fell directly under the wheels of a moving truck, which completely crushed him.
