Improvised drainage of fluid from abdominal cavity

Video shows the work of a doctor who, in improvised conditions, is extracting fluid from a woman’s abdominal cavity. It is reportedly a military hospital, which suggests that the woman suffered an injury that caused abdominal bleeding (hemoperitoneum). The fluid may consist of blood, but also urine in the case of a bladder injury.
