Woman stabbed to death by her mentally ill husband

HAITI Morgue employee documents the case of an especially brutal murder between a married couple. The man attacked his wife with a knife from behind and inflicted several dozen stab wounds all over her body. Several of them were fatal. As it later turned out, he suffered from an untreated mental disorder. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of even normal healthcare in Haiti. Mental health issues are not addressed much there.
