DUMAGUETE CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, PHILIPPINES – JANUARY 1, 2017 34-year-old Belinda Natividad Pangan died during a traffic accident on her motorcycle. She was hit and crushed by a bus. She worked as an overseas worker and returned to the Philippines to celebrate the New Year.
