ECUADOR Truck driver did not properly secure his cargo, steel rebar rods, against movement. During the drive, one bundle came loose and dangerously extended into the roadway. A cyclist paid with his life for this, as he did not notice it and was impaled on them. He died before the emergency services arrived.
