Sniper tortures his target and friends can only watch helplessly

Video from a war zone shows a fighter seriously wounded by a sniper’s shot. He deliberately does not fire again and lets him suffer. The wounded man’s fellow fighters can’t do anything about the situation, they can only watch helplessly. If they left their cover, they would be hit as well. Only after several minutes does the sniper finish off his target.
