Biker slits his throat on piece of metal sticking out from light truck

BANGLADESH Inattentive motorcyclist didn’t notice a piece of metal sticking out from a light truck right at the height of his head. The metal slid along his helmet and slashed his throat. He immediately fell off the motorcycle and began to bleed heavily. Updates on his medical condition are not available.
