GUNUNGSARI VILLAGE, PAGADEN DISTRICT, WEST JAVA PROVINCE, INDONESIA – JUNE 29, 2025 Residents of the village Gunungsari were shocked by the discovery of a woman’s body in an irrigation canal behind the Gala restaurant. The victim appeared to be the target of a violent crime – she was completely naked and had injuries to her head and face.
Just two hours after the body was found, the victim’s identity was confirmed. She was identified as 26-year-old Ratih Anggraeni, a resident of the village Sindangsari in the Kasomalang district. The circumstances surrounding her death are still under police investigation.
