PONLEUR, TAKEO PROVINCE, CAMBODIA Emergency responders were dispatched after a man was struck by a train. Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered his severely mutilated body on the tracks and pronounced him dead. The force of the impact had severed both of his legs, along with causing other devastating injuries. It was never determined whether the incident was an accidental collision or a deliberate suicide.
