ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA – APRIL 3, 2017 Photos show victims of the St. Petersburg terrorist bombing. The attacker planted a homemade bomb on a subway train, which exploded while the train was moving. In all, 14 people died. The perpetrator of the attack was a 22-year-old immigrant from Krygrystan, Akbarzhon Jalilov, who had obtained Russian citizenship.
