APASEO EL GRANDE, MEXICO – NOVEMBER 30, 2024 Footage shows the aftermath of the massacre that took place in Apaseo el Grande, Mexico. A group of gunmen arrived at the market, where the famous cajetas and alcoholic drinks were sold, and began shooting at customers indiscriminately. They then fled the scene, leaving 7 men dead and 5 wounded. One of the wounded died while being taken to hospital, bringing the death toll to 8.
The whole incident is currently under investigation by the police. So far, only two of the victims have been identified. They were Alejandro Ortega and Ulises Ramírez. Forensic experts at the scene found more than 50 bullet casings of various calibers. The motive of the attackers is unknown.
