CHATTOGRAM, BANGLADESH – NOVEMBER, 2024 Group of protesters unhappy with the outcome of the trial took their anger out on the lawyer. Saiful Islam Alif was attacked outside the courthouse with machetes and severely injured. He was pronounced dead at Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
