FLAVIO ALFARO, MANABÍ, ECUADOR – SEPTEMBER 7, 2025 Two men identified as Simon Guadamud and Richard Moreira lost their lives in an accident near a gas station. They were riding in a mototaxi when a car collided with them at high speed. Witnesses described the impact as very strong. Both were left in critical condition, on the brink of life and death. Unfortunately, shortly before the arrival of emergency services, both succumbed to their injuries.

Both men left behind wives and children. The police are currently investigating the accident thoroughly and have not yet released further information.
