ARRAIAL D’AJUDA, PORTO SEGURO, BAHIA, BRAZIL – JULY 4, 2026 Brazilian police are investigating an exceptionally brutal triple homicide in which, according to the findings so far, three men were kidnapped, tortured, and then shot to death. Their bodies were found on the side of a rural road in the Vera Cruz area of Bahia state.
The victims showed signs of extensive physical violence, torture, and gunshot wounds. Investigators believe the murders were committed at another location and that the perpetrators later transported the bodies to the discovery site in an attempt to cover their tracks.
Detectives believe the crime took place in a house in the Arraial d’Ajuda area. Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots coming from the house. When police arrived, they found bloodstains and other evidence inside indicating that the men had been murdered there. A video later leaked online, confirming these suspicions.
One of the victims was 18-year-old Enzo Gabriel Neves da Silva Nascimento. Authorities have not yet officially confirmed the identities of the other two men. According to witnesses, a group of masked men removed the bodies from the house before police arrived and left them on the side of the rural road.
