ILHÉUS, BAHIA, BRAZIL – AUGUST 25, 2025 On Rua 43 in Joia do Atlântico, in the northern part of the city, a young man was murdered. The victim has been identified only as David. His age is unknown, but he appears to be barely of legal age. He was found lying on the street with a gunshot wound to the head, exposing his brain tissue.
The motive for the crime and the identity of the perpetrator remain unknown to authorities. The investigation is being conducted by the military police through the 70th CIPM and the technical police department. His body was transported for a forensic autopsy.
