BURKINA FASO – FEBRUARY, 2024 Burkina Faso army executed 223 civilians in a single day in late February 2024, of which at least 56 were children. As can be seen in the video, the soldiers enjoy the killing and even posthumously massacre their bodies.
The government of Burkina Faso is waging a campaign to curb violence by Islamic radicals. Russia is helping them in this, but there is no evidence that Russia is involved in this massacre. The murdered civilians were probably thought to be Islamists or their informants.
The UN is currently investigating the massacre. However, there is no indication that anyone will ever be held accountable for this appalling act.
