MEXICO Members of a Mexican drug cartel showed no mercy to their two captives. They made sure the victims suffered brutally before execution. For long minutes, they beat them with hammers and cut off their ears. Before delivering the final bullet to their heads, they tightened a wire around their necks so they would slowly suffocate.
The incident serves as a warning against joining, collaborating with, or having any contact with drug cartels, gangs, or other criminal organizations. These people operate in an extremely violent environment every day, and their moral values are destroyed. Human life has only as much value to them as a person’s usefulness to their organization.
