He often wandered the streets drunk and molested children and other residents of the small town. He was also accused of raping his 3-year-old niece because of his philandering. The locals ran out of patience with him and he disappeared one evening. He was found the next morning, tied hogtie and with a severed dick stuffed in his mouth.
