CABEDELO, PARAÍBA, BRAZIL – MAY 11, 2026 Accident occurred on the BR-230 highway in which an unidentified man died. According to information, he was attempting to cross the road on an overpass in the Renascer district while carrying a canister of gasoline.
While crossing, he was first hit by a motorcycle, after which he fell onto the roadway. He was then run over by a passing truck, which caused fatal injuries – completely crushing him. Authorities confirmed that the man died at the scene.
The motorcyclist was injured in the initial collision and taken to hospital. Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident, and the overpass had to be temporarily closed due to the intervention of emergency services and cleanup of the aftermath.
