MANILA, PHILIPPINES – FEBRUARY 19, 2017 Woman’s corpse was found on Diokno Boulevard in Pasay City, an urban area in the capital city of Manila. She was lying on the pavement with several gunshot marks on her body from close range. Investigators were never able to confirm her identity.
