Crazy dude beheading his victim on the roadside

IMPERATRIZ, BRAZIL – FEBRUARY 29, 2024 Random passing drivers filmed the horrific scenes. In the village of Cipó Cortado, in the João Lisboa district near the town of Imperatriz, they saw a man attacking another man with a machete on the side of the road. He struck him in the head and tried to slit his throat. The drivers were afraid to get out of the car and could only watch helplessly. The attacker only finished when his victim’s head looked like minced meat.
