CIUDAD JUÁREZ, MEXICO – OCTOBER 23, 2014 A frenzied car chase took place on one of the city’s upscale and safe streets, which also houses the U.S. Consulate. They were firing automatic weapons at each other. After half a kilometre, one of the cars crashed into a concrete wall. A 23-year-old Venezuelan stripper, Gabriela Figueroa, was discovered in the back seat, presumably trying to hide there from the bullets.
