VLADIVOSTOK, RUSSIA Tragic traffic accident occurred in which a 22-year-old man riding a Yamaha motorcycle died. According to available information, he was riding without license plates at high speed on a city street. At one point, he lost control of the vehicle, crossed into the opposite lane, and subsequently collided with a Toyota passenger car.
