ZAOZHUANG, SHANDONG PROVINCE, CHINA – SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 Driver drove into a group of pedestrians and people on electric scooters in a residential area of the city. The vehicle suddenly accelerated and drove into the people, killing several of them.
