KIROVOGRAD, UKRAINE – JULY 2, 2016 A 28-year-old woman was spending a hot summer day at the lake. She was swimming in the water and drinking alcohol. Not a good combination. She suddenly disappeared. Her friends and random witnesses found her underwater, pulled her out and called 911. Despite CPR, she couldn’t be revived.
