BUNDELI VILLAGE, KORBA DISTRICT, CHHATTISGARH – APRIL, 2026 58-year-old Salik Ram Yadav attacked his wife with a sharp weapon after a domestic argument and killed her by severing her head. According to police, he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crime.
Shocked residents later saw the man walking through the village carrying the severed head in his hand. He then placed both the head and the weapon into a plastic bag and went to the Rajgamar police station, where he turned himself in. Police detained him and are continuing to investigate the case.
