KHON KAEN, THAILAND A man attacked a tomboy with a knife at a festival. He hit him several times in the neck, causing serious bleeding injuries. The reason for his aggression was the fact that the tomboy was looking at him.
A tomboy is a girl who exhibits characteristics attributed to boys. They mostly try to look and dress like boys. They are homosexually oriented. There is resentment towards them among a certain section of the Thai male population. It is no exception that tomboys date the most beautiful women. Some Thai women prefer them because tomboys try to get them, give them a lot of money and don’t have to have sex with them involving penetration.
