MANAUS, BRAZIL – FEBRUARY 2, 2024 Armed gangsters broke into the home of a sleeping couple in the Santo Agostinho neighbourhood in the western part of Manaus. The house was occupied by 26-year-old Cleiciane Silva da Silva, who was two months pregnant. Her boyfriend and 3-year-old son were also present.
Her boyfriend managed to escape. Cleiciane was taken to the kitchen where she was executed with 10 shots. The fate of their young son is unknown.
