SYRIA Islamist rebel group known as Jaysh al-Islam executes 18 captured ISIS terrorists. They are doing it in the same way that the Islamic State used to do it. They even made a video in a similar style. The terrorists are lined up in a row, have a heavy ball tied to them so they can’t escape, and are on their knees. Behind each of them is a gunman with a high-caliber weapon. They all fire at the same time.
Jaysh al-Islam is a rebel organization that was formed during the Syrian civil war to fight against the Bashar al-Assad regime. In addition to the Syrian government, they have also fought ISIS and al-Qaeda. Although they are also very radical Islamists who do not shy away from brutal executions, torture and human rights violations, they have never been listed as terrorists by Western countries.
