SEINE-SAINT-DENIS, FRANCE – SEPTEMBER 5, 2026 Two people died in a serious traffic accident on the A3 highway between Romainville and Montreuil. The accident occurred in the morning when a Lamborghini Aventador collided with another vehicle and subsequently caught fire.
The Lamborghini was carrying a father and his son, aged 63 and 27. According to a police source, the Lamborghini was rented and was traveling at more than 125 mph (200 kph) at the time of the accident. The impact ejected the driver from the vehicle, while the other man remained inside the burning vehicle. Both died.
Four people in the other vehicle were injured and taken to a hospital. The Lamborghini became lodged in the guardrail and was almost completely destroyed by the fire, while the other vehicle overturned onto its roof.
