LUCHEGORSK, PRIMORSKY KRAI, RUSSIA – SEPTEMBER, 2024 87-year-old man and his 56-year-old son were killed in an attack by an aggressive brown bear. The strange thing is that they did not encounter the bear somewhere in the wilderness, but it broke into their home and killed them while they were inside. In addition to two human lives, the bear has taken 35 dog lives. The bear then made its way to a shelter for dogs and abandoned animals, where it tore 35 dogs to pieces. The bear was then shot by police officers.
