DOMINICAN REPUBLIC Accident occurred on the Higüey-Miches highway in the Dominican Republic. 27-year-old motorcyclist, Carmen Benítez Martínez, was fatally struck by a truck. She sustained non-life threatening head injuries because part of the bumper dug inside her head. It is unclear who was at fault in the accident.
