MARACAIBO, ZULIA, VENEZUELA – NOVEMBER, 2025 Female police officer suffered serious injuries after being hit by a van. The impact was so severe that she lost her right leg – part of the limb remained attached to the vehicle’s bumper, as shown in a video released by sources close to the case. The exact circumstances of the accident and the direction of the vehicle are still unknown. The officer, who was left lying on the road, was immediately assisted by local residents and taken to the General del Sur Hospital.
