Female victim of hit & run collision

COATEPEQUE, GUATEMALA – FEBRUARY 18, 2025 Daniela Ortiz, 24, was traveling as a passenger with her boyfriend, 28-year-old Alexander Ramírez, on a motorcycle. At kilometer 212 of the Pacific Highway near Lotificación El Arroyo, a vehicle struck them and ran over Daniela. Her internal organs literally splattered on the asphalt and she was dead at the scene. The vehicle that hit them drove away from the scene. Alexander survived and was transported to hospital with his injuries.
