MANILA, PHILIPPINES – JANUARY 10, 2016 Gunshots rang out on the streets of Caloocan City in the Philippine capital. When the neighbours ran outside to see what was going on, they found a dead woman lying on the pavement. She was beyond help. She was identified as 28-year-old Meiji Aleera Moreno. Neither the reason nor the perpetrator of her murder is known.
