KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – JUNE 29, 2025 At the parking lot of a general hospital in Kuala Lumpur, a foreign national was violently attacked. An unknown assailant struck him hard with a blunt object on the head and rib area. The victim was left shocked and bleeding, standing beside his car. When help arrived, he collapsed to the ground.
Fortunately, he received almost immediate medical attention. It was determined that he suffered a broken rib. Luckily, there was no skull damage. He is now in a stabilized condition.
The motive behind the attack was most likely robbery, which highlights the risks even in seemingly safe areas.
